Pamela offers private and group hatha yoga instruction in the West Los Angeles area. She embraces a teaching style that encourages the awakening of the students’ strength and beauty from within.
Through Pamela’s therapeutic yoga teaching, the practice consists of breathing techniques to calm and center the mind, physical postures to develop strength and flexibility,
body-mind-spirit philosophy to promote a conscious practice and conscious living, and meditation techniques to
ground you in your truth. Yoga practice with Pamela can be used to help heal physical and/or emotional injury,
develop personal strength and empowerment, or simply learn how to relax. Pamela works with all levels of yoga practice
including basic, intermediate and advanced.
